Four Oaks Stables and Events, an 11-stall hunter jumper facility on 50 acres in Powder Springs, with boarding, training, and a lesson program, and it also runs as an event venue. And raw land she personally carried through the full entitlement process for subdivision development and sold, with a second entitlement project underway now.
